WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A YOGA CLASS?
Yoga involves a lot of stretching, so we always advise to wear well-fitted gym clothing, nothing too restricting or baggy.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT?
No, you don't need to bring your own yoga mat as they will be provided - however, if you'd prefer to bring your own then you absolutely can!
